Bully Wee gaffer Jim Duffy wants an improved performance from the last time his squad played East Stirling as the Broadwood men face them again this Saturday.
The last time the two sides met was at the end of September, with Clyde on the wrong end of a 3-0 drumming at Ochilview.
According to Jim it was Clyde’s poorest performance of the season and it’s something he’s not looking to repeat.
And although East Stirling are below Clyde in the league, the former Celtic player doesn’t think that will have any indication of the result at the weekend.
He said: “We’ve played very well against, Elgin, Peterhead and against Annan, who are all above us in the league so I don’t think the league position is relevant.
“East Stirling performed very well against us last time. I personally think that was our poorest performance of the season.
“From that point of view I want us to go and put in a good performance and get the three points as well.
“That should be added incentive for the players to say ‘okay, last time we played them it was a rare performance’, it’s something we don’t want to repeat.
“We were very poor that day and we want to address that and rectify it.”
