Lib Dems 'offer exciting change'

Only the Liberal Democrats offer change that is "fair and exciting", the party's Scottish president is due to say.

Malcolm Bruce MP, a former Scottish leader for the Lib Dems, will make the closing speech to the party's spring conference in Perth on Sunday afternoon.

Current leader Tavish Scott on Saturday said that it was only his party who "can offer an alternative to the slick, shifty Tories and tired, decrepit old Labour".
