Swinney: Tax freezes will help many
Finance Secretary John Swinney has said council tax freezes would help families in Scotland during tough economic times.
Mr Swinney said he welcomed confirmation that all 32 councils in Scotland had now agreed to council tax freezes.
He said: "These tough economic times are being felt by families right across Scotland.
