RUTHERGLEN Universal Connections became overrun by zombies last week when the primary sevens made their very own film.
The group, which meets every Saturday, decided to create a Hollywood style zombie flick.
In the space of just one day the group managed to write a storyboard, put together a script, and film all the action. With the staff on hand to help out with the makeup, the group looked scary enough to frighten even the most hard-core horror movie fans!
Everyone had a fantastic time filming both in and outside the centre - plus even a few local passers by managed to get a bit of a shock.
Victoria Barnett, team worker at Universal Connections, said: “This is a brilliant activity to do at the centre. In just the space of a day we can write and film our very own movie.
“I've been editing it all week, and even created a trail, to get the excitement up! The effects were great, and the young people were real stars, putting in loads of effort into this project.
Universal Connections in Rutherglen is open to all primary sevens from 10.30am-2.30pm.
