According to French Scientists, pigeons have the ability to recognise who has been nice to them and who has been nasty.
The results of the experiments carried out were presented at the Society for Experimental Biology Annual Conference in Glasgow on Sunday.
In the first instance, one person fed the pigeons in the park while the other one chased them away. The same two people later returned to the park. This time the pigeons stayed away from the person who had chased them.
Just to make sure that the pigeons were not recognising clothes or scent, the researchers changed clothes.

Remember that the next time you chase a pigeon away from your nice clean car; it may be plotting its revenge on you!
