Pupil and teacher from Hamitlon Grammar reach final of Face of 2010.

HAMILTON GRAMMAR produced two model citizens as both a teacher and a pupil made it through to the final of our Face of 2010 competition.

For 16-year-old student Emma Thomson and geography teacher Susan Montgomery both reached the final 15 and attended the glitzy event at the Parkville.

Susan (27) from Cambuslang said: “I was really pleased Emma got through. A lot of the girls were talking about the fact both me and a pupil made it to the final.”

Fifth-year Emma said: “People have been supporting both of us.

“She’s really nice and I’m surprised she didn’t win, but everyone who made it through to the final was lovely.”
