A sign of the times

ON a recent visit to the Cuningar Loop I was impressed by the improvements to Downiebrae Road leading up to the entrance of the loop new pavements, new lighting, landscaping, etc.

However there is no signage not even a small sign recognising the loop for what it is.

An important wildlife site with its resident population of Badgers, Roe Deer and even recent sightings of otters, buzzards and peregrine falcons I think its time South Lanarkshire Council gave the site some sort of formal recognition and protection.
